伍德沃德调速器9907-164共有三个PID模块:转速PID、辅助PID、串级PID。
此外,有临界转速规避、转速遥控、超速试验、阀位限制和频率控制等模块。可实现以下功能:转速控制、串级控制、辅助控制、超速试验.临界转速回避、阀位限制、频率控制和通讯。
1.转速控制
如概述所叙。转速设定值的变动可以通过下列方法:
1)手操:可在505面板上直接输入所需转速,也可用505面板上的升/降速键或外部升/降速输入触点改变转速设定值。
2)遥控信号:505可接受一个4~20mA的电流信号作为转速遥控信号,该信号对应的转速范围为调节器上下限转速。
3)串级控制信号

⒉串级控制
由于505内部有一个串级PID控制模块,因此505可直接接受汽轮机进汽、或排汽、或被拖动机械如压缩机的进出口压力信号作为串级输入信号,与串级设定值比较,并经串级PID作用后输出信号去改变转速设定值,通过改变汽轮机转速来达到控制压力的目的。

Woodward Governor 9907-164 has three PID modules: speed PID, auxiliary PID, cascade PID.
In addition, there are modules such as critical speed avoidance, speed remote control, overspeed test, valve position limit and frequency control. It can realize the following functions: speed control, cascade control, auxiliary control, overspeed test. Critical speed avoidance, valve position limitation, frequency control and communication.
1. Speed control
As described in the overview. The speed setting value can be changed by the following methods:
1) Manual exercise: you can directly input the required speed on the 505 panel, or you can change the speed setting value by using the up/down key on the 505 panel or the external up/down input contact.
2) Remote control signal :505 can accept a 4~20mA current signal as a speed remote control signal, the signal corresponding to the speed range of the regulator upper and lower speed.

Because there is a cascade PID control module in 505, 505 can directly accept the inlet and outlet pressure signal of steam turbine, or steam exhaust, or drag machinery such as compressor as the cascade input signal, compared with the cascade set value, and output signal after the cascade PID action to change the speed set value, by changing the turbine speed to achieve the purpose of controlling pressure.
