TRICONEX CM2201科技推出全新1200V IGBT一代trench stop IGBT 6。新的IGBT技术采用12英寸晶圆尺寸制造，旨在满足客户对高效率和高功率密度日益增长的需求。它经过优化，适合在开关频率为15 kHz至40 kHz的硬开关和谐振拓扑中使用，旨在用于不间断电源(UPS)、太阳能逆变器、电池充电器和储能等应用。

TRICONEX CM2201分两个系列发布，即S6系列具有在低饱和电压V行政长官(星期六)1.85伏和低开关损耗。这H6系列针对低开关损耗进行了优化。应用测试证实，用新的IGBT6 S6系列取代以前的高速3 IGBT，效率提高了0.2%。正温度系数允许简单可靠的器件并联，同时具有良好的Rg可控性允许根据应用的需要调节IGBT的开关速度。

TRICONEX CM2201 Technology introduces the new 1200V IGBT Generation trench stop IGBT 6. The new IGBT technology is manufactured in a 12-inch wafer size and is designed to meet the growing customer demand for high efficiency and high power density. It is optimized for use in hard switching and resonant topologies with switching frequencies of 15 kHz to 40 kHz and is intended for applications such as uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), solar inverters, battery chargers and energy storage.

The TRICONEX CM2201 is released in two series, namely the S6 series featuring 1.85 volts at low saturation voltage V Chief (Sat) and low switching losses. The H6 series is optimized for low switching losses. Application tests confirmed that replacing the previous high speed 3 IGBTs with the new IGBT6 S6 series resulted in a 0.2% efficiency improvement. The positive temperature coefficient allows simple and reliable devices to be connected in parallel, while the good Rg controllability allows the switching speed of the IGBT to be adjusted according to the needs of the application.
