The TRICONEX system, fully compliant with IEC61508/61511 standards, uses today's most advanced TMR microprocessor hardware technology and triplex redundant fault-tolerant control system with proven TRISTATION 1131 software. The system has high reliability and high utilization rate, and is widely used in petrochemical, refining, oil and gas, chemical industry, electric power, rail transit, aerospace, nuclear industry and other industries. It has extensive achievements in ESD steam turbine control, gas turbine control, compressor anti-surge control, offshore oil platform, fire gas monitoring and protection (F&G), etc.
The most important feature of the TRICONEX system is the fault-tolerant control capability that can simultaneously meet high reliability and high availability. In order to ensure the high reliability and high availability of the system, the controller, V/O module and communication are triple designed. The control system can identify the fault of the control system component and automatically eliminate the fault component, and allow the fault component to be repaired online without interrupting the operation of the process while continuing to complete the specified task.
Any faults and related data are stored in NVRAM, and if any channel fails in the JO module, the system guarantees that the module can maintain 1500 hours of operation and still meet the TUV AK6 level.

TRICONEX系统最大的特点是能同时满足高可靠性、高可用性的容错控制能力。为保证系统的高可靠性和高可用性,控制器、V/O模块、通讯均采用三重化设计。控制系统可以识别控制系统元件的故障自动把故障的元件加以排除,并允许在继续完成指定任务的同时,对故障元件进行在线修复而不中断过程的操作。
任何故障及相关数据被存储在NVRAM中,在JO模块中任一通道故障,系统保证该模块能维持运行1500小时,仍能满足TUV AK6级。
