The TRICONEX 4119 has expanded its motor offerings for integrated electronics to include stepper motors. These smart stepper motors eliminate the need for separate drivers and controllers, providing a complete stepper motor solution in a single, easily integrated device.

The TRICONEX 4119's ISI57 and ISI60 stepper motors integrate electronics, saving a lot of space not only by eliminating separate drives and controllers, but also by eliminating the need to connect motor power and feedback cables to an external controller. The significant reduction in wiring also simplifies integration and improves efficiency, reliability, and electrical noise, which helps keep the encoder signal "clean" from electromagnetic interference.

The TRICONEX 4119 stepper motor uses stepless control technology with 65,536 steps per revolution and a torque range of 0.55 to 3.1 nm. Encoder options for ISI57 and ISI60 stepper motors with integrated electronics include magnetic increments, single-turn absolutes or multi-turn absolutes to meet a variety of applications. Communication options include CANopen, Modbus RTU, EtherCAT, Modbus TCP/IP and Profinet, so the motor can be easily connected to any industrial network.
