PLC控制系统由一下几部分组成,主要是被控对象、传感器、控制器和执行器四部分组成,而这四部分当中又分为电子、机械、软件和其它的因素,是具有典型性的系统结构。


针对于控制系统的结构,那么在组成控制系统的所有环节中都有可能发生故障,但是从整体上可以分为一下三个类型:分别是被控制对象故障,即在被控制对象中的一个子设备不能良好的发挥其功能;


仪表故障,即控制系统的传感器、执行器和计算机的相关接口发生故障;计算机软件,即包括计算机诊断程序和控制算法程序在内的软件发生故障。


实现控制系统的故障诊断任务,可以按照由低级到高级,从简单到复杂的程序进行故障的发现,一般从以下四个方面进行完成:


1、故障建模。具体指按照先验信息和输入输出之间的关系,逐步建立系统故障的数学模型,将此作为故障检测和诊断的依据。2、故障检测。故障检测可以从可测或者不可测的估计变量中,去努力判断运行的系统是否会发生故障,如果系统发生问题,就会发出相应的警报。3、故障的分离。当系统发生故障的时候,要给出故障源头的位置,进而区别故障原因到底来自执行器、传感器还是被控对象。4、故障分类、评价和决策。当准确判断故障之后,要深入分析故障存在的严重程度、还有就是系统的影响和发展的趋势,通过不同的情况来进一步采取不同的措施。

Fault detection can be measured or unmeasured from the estimated variables, to try to determine whether the operating system will fail, if the system has a problem, it will issue the corresponding alarm. 3. Separation of faults. When the system fails, it is necessary to give the location of the fault source, and then distinguish the fault cause from the actuator, the sensor or the controlled object. 4. Fault classification, evaluation and decision. When the fault is accurately judged, it is necessary to deeply analyze the severity of the fault, as well as the impact and development trend of the system, and further take different measures through different situations.
