Product function

TRICONEX3515 channels are isolated from each other, and a single point of failure in any channel cannot be transmitted to another channel. If one channel does have a hardware failure, the other channels will override it. At the same time, when the controller is online, the faulty module can be easily removed and replaced without interrupting the process. The Tricon system simplifies the setup of the control program because from the user's point of view, it operates as a single control system.

The user terminates sensors and actuators at a single terminal and programs Tricon using a set of control program logic.

Tricon controller manages the rest! Extensive diagnosis of each channel, module and functional circuit enables immediate detection and reporting of operational faults via indicator lights or alarms. Tricon is a controller that provides fault tolerance through triple module redundancy (TMR) architecture.

TMR integrates three isolated parallel control systems and a wide range of diagnostic functions in a single control system. The system uses two-thirds voting to provide high integrity, error-free, uninterrupted process operation, and no single point of failure.
