TRISTATION 1131开发平台是对TRICONEX控制系统的应用开发、编程调试和资料汇编等的一种集成工具。该编程方式、用户界面和自成文件资料功能大大优于传统的工程开发工具。TRISTATION 1131遵从IEC 61805/61131标准,是运行在WINDOWS 2000操作系统的开发软件,并遵循Microsoft Windows图形用户界面的准则。
系统可对炼油、石油、化工和其他工业过程的关键单元提供连续的保护,如反应器和压缩机组,对跳闸信号-压力、产品的进料、膨胀机压力平衡和温度等进行监视,并在必要时停车。传统的紧急停车系统是采用机械或电子继电器来实现停车保护的,但是这往往造成危险的误跳闸。TRICONEX系统具有停车和控制功能,可对现场传感器进行临测和校验,并能直接与DCS或其它上位机相联,以便进行连续监视。
在多数炼厂及工业过程中,蒸汽锅炉是一关键设备。扰动下的锅炉保护,正常开/停车的联锁以及火焰监测、保护等任务可以集中在一个TRICONEX系统中。这些任务在传统控制中是用单个的非集成的元件来实现的,当用容错的、实效型的控制器后,锅炉操作人员可以在维持或高于电气-机械保护系统的水平,进一步提率。

The TRISTATION 1131 development platform is an integrated tool for application development, programming debugging and data compilation of TRICONEX control systems. The programming method, user interface and self-generated data function are much better than the traditional engineering development tools. TRISTATION 1131 complies with IEC 61805/61131, is development software that runs on the WINDOWS 2000 operating system and follows the guidelines for the Microsoft Windows graphical User interface.
The system provides continuous protection for critical units in refining, petroleum, chemical and other industrial processes, such as reactors and compressor units, monitors trip signals - pressure, product feed, expander pressure balance and temperature - and stops if necessary. The traditional emergency stop system uses mechanical or electronic relay to realize the stop protection, but this often causes dangerous false trip. The TRICONEX system has parking and control functions, enables on-site sensors to be tested and calibrated, and can be directly connected to DCS or other upper computers for continuous monitoring.
Steam boilers are critical equipment in most refineries and industrial processes. Boiler protection under disturbance, interlocking of normal on/off, and flame monitoring and protection can be centralized in a TRICONEX system. These tasks are traditionally performed with single, non-integrated components, and with fault-tolerant, effective controllers, boiler operators can further improve performance at or above the level of the electric-mechanical protection system.
