 SE311采用CC-ErgoSpin手持拧紧系统，用户既可按照VDI/VDE 2862要求进行汽车及汽车零部件较为关键功能的拧紧装配作业，还能有效节省费用：符合人体工程学的手持式拧紧扳手优化了工艺，并减少了废料。相对于气动式拧紧扳手，力士乐工具的效率及可靠性能保证更好地控制工艺，因而技术可靠性更高。

 SE311工件、螺栓、扭矩及转角必须完全匹配，以便符合质量和工作节拍的要求。该拧紧扳手专为B-装配质量级别的紧固作业设计，符合VDI/VDE 2862要求，通过电流控制确定所需扭矩。

 SE311用户可利用方便直观的力士乐BS350拧紧系统操作软件运行CC-ErgoSpin并进行编程。CC-ErgoSpin拧紧系统操作软件包含多个统计工具，用于详细分析拧紧的情况。

 SE311这样可防止错误的拧紧作业，减少废料的产生，最大限度降低维修成本，并确保工艺得到高度控制。一般情况下，该操作软件可与所有力士乐拧紧系统一起使用，从而进行A和B装配质量级别的拧紧作业。

Based on the ErgoSpin series of hand-held tightening systems, Bosch Rexroth has recently introduced the more affordable CC-ErgoSpin hand-held tightening system.

With the CC-ErgoSpin hand-held tightening system, the SE311 allows the user to perform the tightening assembly of the more critical functions of the automobile and auto parts according to the requirements of the VDI/VDE 2862, but also saves money: the ergonomic hand-held tightening wrench optimizes the process and reduces waste. Compared to pneumatic tightening wrenches, the efficiency and reliability of Rexroth tools guarantee better control of the process and therefore greater technical reliability.

SE311 workpiece, bolt, torque and Angle must be perfectly matched in order to meet the requirements of quality and working time. The tightening wrench is designed for B-assembly quality level fastening operations, meets VDI/VDE 2862 requirements, and the required torque is determined by current control.

SE311 users can run and program CC-ErgoSpin with the convenient and intuitive Rexrow BS350 Tightening System operating software. The CC-ErgoSpin Tightening system operating software includes a number of statistical tools for detailed analysis of the tightening situation.

This prevents faulty tightening operations, reduces waste generation, minimizes maintenance costs, and ensures a high degree of process control. In general, the operating software can be used with all Rexroth tightening systems to perform tightening operations at assembly quality levels A and B.
