1、仪器设备自身及运转中存在安全隐患

Otherwise, the vacuum degree of the system will be destroyed, and DO802 will affect the life of the filament; If the sample is removed from the sample table during vacuuming, it will contaminate the tube, damage the filament, etc. Not only the test sample may affect the normal operation of the instrument, but also the irregular operation of the tester may lead to the damage of the instrument.
