　　2、操作命令没有执行下去，即操作不起作用，这种情况一般有二种可能，一种是该操作应该具备的条件没有满足，所以操作不动。另一种为程序处于自身封闭循环即死循环或扫描时间溢出等造成输出禁止，或者是通讯故障，遇到这种情况可先停止该系统再重新启动，或对该系统进行断电再打到自动并启动即能恢复，若不能恢复则对PLC进行重上电操作一般也能恢复。
