NIPXI-6527 is a 48-bit isolated digital I/ TIO module. The module offers 24 solid-state relay digital outputs and 24 optically isolated digital inputs. Users can switch currents up to 120 mA and detect digital levels to 28 VDC.

The PXl-6527 runs on Windows 2000/NT/ XP and is fully compatible with various software programs, including LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, and Measurement Studio. The PXI-6527 is a parallel DIO interface with interchannel isolated I/O to reduce noise, protect user systems, and disconnect ground loops.

NI PXI-6527 tends to read external logic conditions at both TTL and non-TTL levels. Each of its 24 input channels has a pair of differential isolation terminals for the signal and its reference. The maximum input current is 1.5mA per channel at 5V and 8 mA per channel at 24V. The potential difference between the two ends of the PXI-6527 is stored as a logical high level in 2VDC to 28 VDC. The PXI-6527, on the other hand, considers low logic levels between 0V and 1V. The module's inputs provide 60 VDC isolation between PCS and channels.
