MOTOROLA MVME162-13单相感应调压器的原理图如下图所示。初级绕组跨接在单相电源上,次级绕组与出线串联。在系统中感应出交变磁通,当两个绕组的轴线重合时,初级绕组的全部磁通与次级绕组相连,在次级绕组中感应出最大电压。
当转子旋转90°时,没有初级磁通与次级绕组相关联,因此没有磁通与次级绕组相关联。如果转子进一步旋转,那么感应电动势的方向变成负的。因此,调节器增加或减少电路电压取决于调节器两个绕组的相对位置。
单相电压调节器不会引起任何相移。初级绕组被放置在叠片圆柱形铁芯的表面铁芯的槽中,因为它必须承载小电流并且具有小的导体面积。调节器的转子由补偿绕组组成,也称为区域绕组。
MOTOROLA MVME162-13补偿绕组的磁轴总是与初级绕组的磁轴成90°,以抵消次级绕组有害的串联电抗效应。由于导线面积大,与引出线串联的次级绕组安装在定子槽中。
The schematic diagram of the MOTOROLA MVME162-13 single-phase induction regulator is shown below. The primary winding is connected to the single-phase power supply, and the secondary winding is connected to the outlet line in series. Alternating magnetic flux is induced in the system. When the axes of the two windings coincide, all the magnetic flux of the primary winding is connected with the secondary winding, and the maximum voltage is induced in the secondary winding.
When the rotor is rotated 90°, no primary flux is associated with the secondary windings, and therefore no flux is associated with the secondary windings. If the rotor rotates further, then the direction of the induced electromotive force becomes negative. Therefore, the regulator increases or decreases the circuit voltage depending on the relative position of the regulator's two windings.
The single phase voltage regulator does not cause any phase shift. The primary winding is placed in a slot in the surface core of the laminated cylindrical core because it must carry a small current and has a small conductor area. The rotor of the regulator consists of a compensation winding, also known as a zone winding.
The magnetic axis of the MOTOROLA MVME162-13 compensation winding is always 90° to the magnetic axis of the primary winding to offset the harmful series reactance effect of the secondary winding. Due to the large area of the wire, the secondary winding in series with the lead wire is installed in the stator slot.
