MOTOROLA MVME147-013主励磁机和先导励磁机可以由主轴驱动,也可以由电机单独驱动。直接驱动的励磁机通常是首选的,因为它们保持了运行的单位系统,并且励磁不受外部干扰的影响。
主励磁机的额定电压约为400 V,其容量约为交流发电机容量的0.5%。涡轮交流发电机的励磁机故障非常频繁,因为它们的速度很高,因此提供单独的电机驱动的励磁机作为备用励磁机。
2.交流励磁系统
MOTOROLA MVME147-013交流励磁系统由交流发电机和直接连接到主交流发电机轴的晶闸管整流桥组成。主励磁机可以是自励的,也可以是他励的。交流励磁系统可以大致分为两类,下面将详细说明。
a.旋转晶闸管励磁系统
转子励磁系统如下图所示。旋转部分被虚线包围。该系统由交流励磁机、固定磁场和旋转电枢组成。励磁机的输出由全波晶闸管桥式整流器电路整流,并提供给主交流发电机励磁绕组。

The MOTOROLA MVME147-013 main exciter and pilot exciter can be driven by the spindle or by the motor alone. Direct-drive exciters are usually preferred because they maintain the operating unit system and the excitation is not affected by external interference.
The rated voltage of the main exciter is about 400 V and its capacity is about 0.5% of the capacity of the alternator. Turbo alternator exciters fail very frequently because of their high speed, so a separate motor-driven exciter is provided as a backup exciter.
2. Ac excitation system
The MOTOROLA MVME147-013 AC excitation system consists of an alternator and a thyristor rectifier bridge connected directly to the main alternator shaft. The main exciter can be self-excited or separately excited. Ac excitation systems can be broadly divided into two categories, which are described in detail below.
a. Rotating thyristor excitation system
The rotor excitation system is shown in the figure below. The rotation is surrounded by dotted lines. The system consists of AC exciter, fixed magnetic field and rotating armature. The output of the exciter is rectified by a full-wave thyristor bridge rectifier circuit and fed to the main alternator field winding.
