Control and safety control for one device The safety options integrated in DU 3x5 are at the heart of the robot safety solution. Thanks to the integrated design, the compactness requirements of the control cabinet are particularly well met. The safety controller performs safety logic and, in combination with the encoder case, also allows for safe monitoring of axle-related and spatial motion.

Easy implementation of simple security tasks up to extended safety-oriented robotic solutions. The safety controller has 30 fail-safe inputs or outputs and is easily scalable with EtherCAT (FSoE).

Graphical programming tools with a large number of predefined features make it easy to project safety sensors and actuators and even entire robots. Inputs and outputs can be conveniently linked to security logic by drag and drop.
