上交所近日宣布，山东京阳科技股份有限公司主板IPO审核终止，其直接原因是公司及保荐机构海通证券主动撤回了相关申报和保荐。京阳科技长期致力于针状焦的研发、生产和销售，其主打产品包括锂电池负极材料用针状焦和超高功率石墨电极用针状焦等。

此前，京阳科技计划在上交所主板发行不低于4222.30万股且不超过9500万股，并拟募集资金高达12亿元，主要用于推进10万吨/年新能源锂电池材料前驱体项目。然而，随着撤回申请的决策出台，这一融资计划暂时搁浅。尽管如此，京阳科技在针状焦领域的研发实力和市场地位依然备受瞩目，其未来发展仍值得期待。

However, with the decision to withdraw the application, the funding plan was temporarily suspended. Despite this, Jingyang Technology's research and development strength and market position in the field of needle coke are still attracting attention, and its future development is still worth looking forward to.
