Nano Semiconductor announced that its advanced GaNFast™ gallium nitride power chips have been adopted by Virtual Forest, a leader in consumer appliances, fluid motion and mobility in the Indian market. The collaboration aims to develop a zero-emission, powerful solar irrigation pump with outstanding performance of up to 3 HP (2,250W).

Nanomicro's gallium nitride technology provides strong technical support for this irrigation pump. It ensures efficient operation of irrigation pumps, which not only guarantees food security in India, but also greatly improves the working environment of farmers.
