功能说明:

Function description:
The Output board is a simplex servo I/O terminal board manufactured and designed by General Electric as part of the Mark VI series used in GE Speedtronic control systems. The small patch boards for DIN rail connections are called simplex servo input/output (DSVO) patch boards. The board has two servo outputs, I/O for six LVDT position sensors, and two active pulse rate inputs for flow monitoring. Jumpers are used to select servo coil currents between 10 and 120 mA. A 37-pin cable, similar to the one used on the larger TSVO board, is used to connect the DSVO to the VSVO processor board. To save cabinet space, the panels can be stacked vertically on DIN rails. If necessary, two DSVO boards can be linked to the VSVO. The board is only available in simplex form.
Onboard functions and high frequency decoupling to ground are the same as on TSVO. High-density Euro-Block terminals are attached to the board using six screws for ground connections (SCOM). To identify the VSVO's board for system diagnostics, connectors JR1 and J5 are connected to signals from the onboard ID chip.
Installation:
After placing the DSVO board into the plastic bracket, mount it onto the DIN rail. Terminals should receive directly connected servo I/O lines. The Euro-Block type terminal block is installed on the terminal board and has 42 or 36 terminals (DSVOH1B, H2B) depending on the version. Twisted pair with #18 AWG shielding is often used. For SCOM (ground) connections, six screws numbered 31 to 36 are provided; These screws should be used at the shortest possible distance.
Settings:
The servo valve coil resistance ranging from 22 W to 1,000 W and the required coil current are selected on the DSVOH1B via jumper JP1 and JP2. Coil current and resistance are shown in the following table; For example, the jumper 120B provides a coil current of about 120 mA.
