继电器是智能预付费电能表中的关键器件,继电器的寿命在某种程度上决定了电表寿命,该器件性能好坏对智能预付费电能表运行至关重要。而国内、外继电器生产厂家众多,生产规模相差较大,技术水平相距悬殊,性能参数千差万别,因此,电能表生产厂家在继电器检测选型时有一套完善的检测装置,以电表质量。
同时,国家电网也加强了智能电能表内继电器性能参数抽样检测,同样需要相应的检测设备,检验不同厂家生产的电表质量。然而,继电器检测设备不仅检测项目比较单一,检测过程不能实现自动化,检测数据需要人工处理和分析,检测结果具有各种随机性、人为性,而且,检测效率低,安全性也得不到。
近两年来,国家电网逐步规范了电表技术要求,制定相关行业标准以及技术规范,这为继电器参数检测提出了一些技术难题,如继电器的负载通断能力、开关特性测试等。因此,迫切需要研究一种设备,实现继电器性能参数的综合检测。

In the past two years, the national power grid has gradually standardized the technical requirements of electric meters, formulated relevant industry standards and technical specifications, which has put forward some technical problems for the detection of relay parameters, such as the relay load on and off capacity, switching characteristics testing. Therefore, it is urgent to research a kind of equipment to realize the comprehensive detection of relay performance parameters.
