一.产品说明

is230tcish6c 提供设备全时候检查负载是否断线，让设备保持的状态，不会因为设备有状况查修线路费工又费时，生产成品良率降低，提供12段负载检查并有异常通知接点让客户自行安装嗡鸣器或警示灯，一旦负载断线时立即通知作业员，省掉查修线路的时间，12颗led指示灯依照亮灯的led进行更换负载。适用在三相 scr电力调整器、三相ssr固态继电器、单相 scr电力调整器、单相ssr固态继电器的负载检知。

二.功能说明

1.开机时进行12段led检查，当12颗led透过跑马灯方式亮过一次，表示12颗led皆无故障，待机正常。

2.提供12段负载断线检知，1-12段皆可自由选择与搭配，例如选择2段或6段进行负载检知，没有使用到的部份，关掉指拨开关就不会启动检知功能。提供多段的指拨开关启动与关闭断线检知功能，更符合不同的使用环境搭配。

3.外接led指示灯，透过排线的连接可以延伸1-2m，同步控制板上的12颗led指示灯功能，经由排线可以连接到设备明显的地方，例如控制箱表面，设备的操作面板，让作业人员可以即时的掌握设备状况。

4. 提供两种机种选择; 检知scr电力调整器，检知ssr固态继电器。

5. 透过ct比流器与温度表互相确认，来判断负载是否有断线。

I. Product description

is230tcish6c provides equipment to check whether the load is broken all the time, so that the equipment can maintain the state, and will not reduce the yield of finished products because of the equipment's condition, and provide 12 sections of load inspection and abnormal notification contact so that customers can install buzzer or warning light by themselves, once the load is broken, immediately notify the operator. Save time to check and repair the line, 12 led indicators according to the lit led to change the load. It is suitable for load detection of three-phase scr power regulator, three-phase ssr solid-state relay, single-phase scr power regulator and single-phase ssr solid-state relay.

Ii. Function description

1. 12 led checks are carried out when the machine is powered on. When the 12 led lights up once through the running lamp, it means that the 12 led is fault-free and the standby is normal.

2. Provide 12 segments of load break detection, 1-12 segments can be freely selected and matched, for example, select 2 segments or 6 segments for load detection, the part that is not used, turn off the dial switch will not start the detection function. It provides multi-section finger switch to start and close the broken line detection function, which is more in line with different use environment.

3. The external led indicator light can be extended by 1-2m through the connection of the wiring, and the 12 led indicators on the control board can be connected to the obvious places of the equipment through the wiring, such as the surface of the control box and the operation panel of the equipment, so that the operator can immediately grasp the equipment condition.

4. Provide two machine options; scr power regulator detected, ssr solid state relay detected.

5. Check whether the load is broken through the ct flow comparator and the thermometer.
