The IC695CRU320 is a PACSystem RX3i redundant processor. The module occupies two (2) slots and has a Celeron M processor speed of 1GHz. The maximum switching time of the processor is 1 logical scan and the shortest is 3.133 ms. It supports up to 64 MB of battery-powered RAM and 64 MB of non-volatile flash user memory. Has two (2) serial communication ports that support RS232 and RS485 communication standards.

The IC695CRU320 is especially used in redundant or hot standby configurations. With this controller configuration, availability is significantly improved. Two (2) controller racks configured to function similarly to primary (active) and secondary (standby) racks. When a single rack fails, mainly due to an error detected by the IC695CRU320 or an error by the IC695CRU320 processor itself, the task of the active controller is automatically transferred to the secondary (standby) rack. The auxiliary test tube rack becomes the main test tube rack, and the faulty test tube rack is transferred to the auxiliary test tube rack
