UR6CH 是通用电气公司开发的模拟量I/O 模块。它是 Mark VIe Speedtronic 控制系统的一部分。此 I/O 包直接连接到接线板上。I/O 包通过单个 DC-37 针连接器连接到单工端子板。如果只安装一个 I/O 包,则具有 TMR 功能的端子板具有三个 DC-37 针连接器,可以在单工模式下使用。I/O 包直接支持所有这些连接。

UR6CH安装

通过插入包装侧面的连接器,将 I/O 包装连接到电源。由于 I/O 组件具有固有的软启动功能,可控制电源应用中的电流涌入,因此无需在插入电缆之前断开电缆的电源。

The UR6CH is an analog I/O module developed by General Electric. It is part of the Mark VIe Speedtronic control system. This I/O packet is connected directly to the patch board. I/O packets are connected to the simplex terminal board via a single DC-37 pin connector. If only one I/O package is installed, the terminal board with TMR features three DC-37 pin connectors that can be used in simplex mode. The I/O package directly supports all of these connections.
Function description
An Analog I/O packet (PAIC) is an electrical interface that connects one or two I/O Ethernet networks to an analog input terminal board. The PAIC consists of a BPPx processor board and a capture board for simulating I/O functions.
The module has ten analog inputs, one of which can be set to 5 V or 10 V or 4-20 mA current loop inputs, and the other two can be set to 1 mA or 4-20 mA current inputs.
The current loop input load terminal resistors are located on the patch board, and the PAIC detects the voltage at both ends of these resistors. PAICH2 has two current loop outputs ranging from 0 to 20 mA. It also includes additional hardware that allows 0-200 mA current on only one output.
I/O packets receive and send data to the controller via dual RJ-45 Ethernet connectors and are powered by a three-pin connector. Field devices communicate via a DC-37 pin connector connected directly to the relevant terminal board. LED indicators provide visual diagnosis.
Install the UR6CH
Securely install the selected patch panel.
Plug the PAIC I/O package directly into the patch board connector.
Use the stud near the Ethernet port to mechanically secure the I/O packet. Studs fit the mounting bracket of the patch board. The bracket should be positioned so that no direct angular force is applied to the DC-37 pin connector between the I/O assembly and the patch board. It only needs to be adjusted once during the service life of the product.
Connect one or two Ethernet cables, depending on the system configuration. The I/O packet will run on either port. When using dual connections, it is common practice to connect ENET1 to the network associated with the R controller.
Connect the I/O package to the power supply by inserting a connector on the side of the package. Because the I/O component has an inherent soft-start function that controls the influx of current in power applications, there is no need to disconnect the power to the cable before inserting it.
