励磁系统可以根据电动机性能及励磁电路零件参数的不同,分为以下五大类:
1. DC励磁系统:此种励磁系统利用直流电动机或者手轮励磁发生器励磁,主要应用于高压大容量电动机,步进电机和船用发电机等,具有稳定性好、体积小、易控制、功耗小和可靠性高的特点。
2.訛励磁系统:比励磁系统利用电机定子抽出的励磁直流电流进行励磁,励磁电流能够针对电动机的变比需要进行调整,可避免电机因变比过高而出现过载现象,可提高电机的变比特性和稳定性。
3.调速励磁系统:调速励磁系统通过励磁电流的变化改变电动机的转速,它利用恒定的励磁电流来调节电动机的转速,可以尽可能地把电动机的转速调节到所需的转速上,可大大改善电动机的调速效果。
4.同步励磁系统:同步励磁系统是一种专[ ]用于动力装置的同步电机来调节编码器输入脉冲和控制输出励磁电压和电流的技术。利用励磁电流能够准确控制同步电机的转速,从而提高电机的调速精度。
5.三相励磁系统:三相励磁系统由直流电源和三相励磁变压器的输入组成,它的主要作用是稳定电机的运行状态。比如,使用励磁电流时可减少电机的负载,提高电机的抗变压波动和负载能力,有效改善电机的稳定性,降低损耗,从而提高电机的效率和功率因数。

4 synchronous excitation system: synchronous excitation system is a technology designed for the synchronous motor of the power plant to adjust the encoder input pulse and control the output excitation voltage and current. The speed of synchronous motor can be accurately controlled by the excitation current, so as to improve the speed regulation accuracy of the motor.
5. Three-phase excitation system: three-phase excitation system is composed of DC power supply and three-phase excitation transformer input, its main role is to stabilize the operating state of the motor. For example, the use of excitation current can reduce the load of the motor, improve the anti-voltage fluctuation and load capacity of the motor, effectively improve the stability of the motor, reduce the loss, thereby improving the efficiency and power factor of the motor.
