工作环境

(1）温度PLC要求环境温度为0~55oC。安装时，不应将其放置在热量较大的元件下方，周围的通风和散热空间应足够大。

(2)湿度为确保PLC的绝缘性能，空气的相对湿度应小于85%《无冷凝）。

(3)振动应使PLC远离强振动源，并防止振动频率为10~55Hz的频繁或连续振动。当在使用环境中振动不可避免时，必须采取阻尼措施，如阻尼橡胶。

(4）空气中应无腐蚀性和易燃性气体，如氯化氢、硫化氢等。对于空气中灰尘较多或腐蚀性气体较多的环境，可将PLC安装在密封良好的控制室或控制柜中。

(5）电源PLc具有一定的抗电源线干扰能力。在可靠性要求高或电力干扰严重的环境中，可安装带屏蔽层的隔离变压器，以减少设备与地面之间的干扰。通常，PLC具有到输入端的DC 24V输出。当输入端使用外部直流电源时，应选择直流稳压电源。由于纹波的影响，普通的整流滤波电源容易使PLC接收到错误信息。

Working environment

(4) There should be no corrosive and flammable gases in the air, such as hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulfide, etc. For environments with more dust or corrosive gases in the air, the PLC can be installed in a well-sealed control room or control cabinet.

(5) Power PLc has a certain ability to resist power line interference. In environments with high reliability requirements or severe power interference, isolation transformers with shielding layers can be installed to reduce interference between equipment and the ground. Typically, a PLC has a DC 24V output to the input. When the input uses an external DC power supply, select a DC regulated power supply. Due to the influence of ripple, the ordinary rectifier filter power supply is easy to make the PLC receive error information.
