额定电流（(1)额定电流接触器铭牌额定电流是指主触点的额定电流。通常用的电流等级为:直流接触器:25A，40A，60A，100A，250A， 4Q0A,

600A。交流接触器:5A，10A，20A，40A，60A，100A，150A,250A，40OA,600A。

上述电流是指接触器安装在敞开式控制屏上，触点工作不超过额定温升，负载为间断—长期工作制时的电流值。所谓间断—长期工作制是指接触器连续通电时间不超过8h。

若超过8h，空载开闭三次以上，以消除表面氧化膜。如果上述诸条件改变了，就要相应修正其电流值。具体如下:当接触器安装在箱柜内，由于冷却条件变差，电流要降低10~20使用;当接觖器工作于长期工作制，而且通电持续率不超过40;敞开安装，电流允许提高10~25;箱柜安装，允许提高5~10。介于上述情况之间者，可酌情增减。

The above current refers to the current value when the contactor is installed on the open control panel, the contact work does not exceed the rated temperature rise, and the load is intermittent - long-term working system. The so-called discontinuous - long-term working system means that the contactor continuous power time does not exceed 8h.

If more than 8h, no-load open and close more than three times to eliminate the surface oxide film. If the above conditions change, the current value should be corrected accordingly. The details are as follows: When the contactor is installed in the cabinet, due to the deterioration of cooling conditions, the current should be reduced by 10~20; When the 觖 device works in long-term working system, and the power continuity rate does not exceed 40; Open installation, current allowed to increase 10~25; Cabinet installation, allowed to raise 5~10. Between the above circumstances, may be appropriate to increase or decrease.
