The GE signal conditioner board DS200PTCTG2BAA has one terminal with terminals for 72 signal wires. It also includes a 50-pin connector. The terminal ID on the wiring terminal can be OUT2, OUT1, COM1, COM2, P15, SO21, and L23. When the original board is installed at the factory, the installation guide describes each terminal and provides information about the signal wires connected to them. The board receives some signals for processing. Other signals are transmitted to other boards. Make sure to remove about half an inch of insulation from the signal line to make contact with the terminal.

The board also contains terminals for six signal wires. The terminals are secured in place with screws on the circuit board surface. Use a flat-head screwdriver to open the terminal. However, care must be taken not to scratch the surface of the circuit board with the blade of the screwdriver. Guide the blade of the screwdriver to the screw with one hand and turn the screwdriver with the other hand. Wrap the signal cable around the terminal and tighten the screws. Prevent the screwdriver from scratching the circuit board surface. The terminal is associated with a 3-character ID. The first character is a number. The second and third characters are TB. For example, some terminal ids are 1TB, 2TB, and 3TB.

The GE signal conditioning board DS200PTCTG2BAA is equipped with 2 isolation amplifiers and multiple flat line inductors. These components are embedded directly on the circuit board.
