The GE RST terminal board DS200QTBAG1B has 2 terminals, each of which can accommodate 72 signal cables. It also includes a 40-pin connector. The ID of the 40-pin connector is JFF. It also has a serial connector. The GE RST terminal board DS200QTBAG1B is also equipped with a 3-pin jumper. The jumper covers 3 of the 2 pins on the board to enable configuration options.

When the factory original motherboard is installed in the drive, the installer will refer to the documentation in the carton for information about the jumpers. If pins 1 and 2 are covered by a jumper, the board is configured to process the information defined by that jumper configuration. If pins 2 and 3 are covered by jumpers, the board processes information according to that configuration definition. Some jumpers cannot be moved to change the configuration because only one configuration is supported. The other configuration is for factory use only, or in configurations supported by future versions of the motherboard. For example, during manufacturing, products may be tested at the factory using an unsupported configuration. Alternatively, the board is equipped with a jumper that supports only 1 function. Additional features will be implemented in future versions of the board.

To change the position of the jumper, lift the jumper with your thumb and forefinger. Then, align the jumper with the pin you want to cover and press the jumper over the pin.
