The GE basic driver terminal board DS200STBAG1ACB provides a connection point for I/O signals. There are multiple I/O connections on the DS200STBAG1ACB. The board is connected to the drive control board via connectors 6PL and 8PL, to the DC power supply via 4PL, and to the serial port as a user interface for configuration, troubleshooting, and diagnosis.

The DS200STBAG1ACB is secured in the drive by locking washers and support posts to hold the plate in place. When removing the motherboard, be careful not to drop the lock washer on the circuit board or driver. The lock washer may damage the component.

Before discarding a defective board, all jumpers from the old board must be transferred to the new board. Care must be taken to transmit jumpers accurately to replicate the configuration and behavior of the board.

Also, when you remove the old board, you must be careful to keep it level and hold it with both hands. Prevent the circuit board from hitting other boards or components in the cabinet and the structure in the cabinet.
