IC695CRU320 is a 1 GHz CPU of GE Fanuc RX3i PACSytems product line. IC695CRU320 is a programmable automation controller that supports hot standby redundancy. This powerful design enables key applications or processes to continue running, even if any component fails to run. RX3i CPUs, such as IC695CRU320, is a portable control engine. After programming and configuration, it can control different machines, processes and material handling systems in real time.

IC695CRU320 has two independent serial ports and an Intel Celeron -M microprocessor. Its 64 MB nonvolatile flash memory supplements 64 MB battery-powered random access memory (RAM). IC695CRU320 also supports local and remote expansion racks. CPU adopts serial backplane design, which is compatible with expansion modules (but not mainframe) in 90-30 series I/O product series. IC695CRU320 uses Proficiency Machine Edition, which is commonly used in the development environment of all GE Fanuc controllers.

Proficiency Machine Edition is designed for creating, running and diagnosing operator interface, motion and control applications.
