功能说明

该板卡是通用电气制造的紧急保护端子板，属于用于燃气轮机控制系统的 VIe 系列。PPRO 或 YPRO 的 I/O 包托管在紧急保护 (SPRO) 端子板上。它包括两个用于总线和发电机电压输入的电压互感器 (PTS)，以及用于 I/O 包的条件速度信号输入。它在 PPRO 或 YPRO I/O 包连接器旁边有一个 DC-37 针连接器，可连接连接至端子板的电缆以作为备用跳闸继电器。在 Mark VIe 或 Mark VleS 控制系统中，后备保护由 SPRO 和 PPRO/YPRO 通过接线到 继电器板形成，如下图所示。PTUR 或 YTUR、TTUR 和主跳闸继电器端子板提供主保护。

安装：

安装在 DIN 导轨上的金属板载体承载 SPRO 和塑料绝缘体。SPRO 和绝缘体还可以安装在用螺栓固定在面板上的金属板组件上。普通 #18 AWG 电线用于将速度信号和 PT 输入直接连接到端子块。对于电路板更换，SPROIA 栅栏端子块是可拆卸的。SPRO2A Euro-block 型接线盒的端子可以取出来更换电路板。

将 1/0 包安装到 SPRO 的连接器 JAI 上是一个直接过程。DC-37 针导线电缆的另一端连接到所选的备用跳闸端子板，同时一端插入 SPRO 的连接器 JA3。

Function description

The board is an emergency protective terminal board manufactured by General Electric and belongs to the VIe series for gas turbine control systems. PPRO or YPRO I/O packages are hosted on the Emergency Protection (SPRO) terminal board. It includes two voltage transformers (PTS) for bus and generator voltage inputs, and conditional speed signal inputs for I/O packets. It has a DC-37 pin connector next to the PPRO or YPRO I/O package connector that connects the cable to the terminal board to serve as a backup trip relay. In Mark VIe or Mark VleS control systems, backup protection is formed by SPRO and PPRO/YPRO by wiring to the relay board, as shown below. PTUR or YTUR, TTUR, and main trip relay terminal boards provide primary protection.

Installation:

A metal plate carrier mounted on a DIN rail carries the SPRO and plastic insulators. SPRO and insulators can also be mounted on metal plate assemblies bolted to the panels. The common #18 AWG wire is used to connect the speed signal and PT input directly to the terminal block. For board replacement, the SPROIA fence terminal block is removable. The terminal of the SPRO2A Euro-block type terminal box can be removed to replace the circuit board.

Installing the 1/0 package onto the SPRO's connector JAI is a straightforward process. Connect the other end of the DC-37 pin wire cable to the selected spare trip terminal board while plugging one end into the SPRO's connector JA3.
