The GE Div multi-auxiliary board DS3800HLIA1A1B is designed for quick installation in drives. The board has a modular connector at one end and a fixed rod at the other end. The GE Div multi-auxiliary board DS1HLIA3800A1B is also equipped with 1 red indicator LED and 15 amber leds, visible from the front of the board.

The fixing rod is used as a locking mechanism to hold the board in the frame. They keep the modular connectors fully in place and prevent the board from moving. When the driver is running, the operator can track the board by looking at the leds. The LED is located on the front of the board, so it is visible when the driver processes the signal and the motor receives power. When the amber LED lights up, the motherboard is powered on and all diagnostic startup tests have passed.

If the red LED blinks, it means the board is active and processing information. If the red LED does not flash, it may indicate that an error has occurred and processing has stopped. If you suspect a problem with the motherboard, you can disconnect all power to the drive and then pull up the retaining tie rod to remove the motherboard from the rack. Then wait a few seconds, then put the motherboard back into the rack, and then plug the board back into the modular connector. Press the retaining rod to lock the motherboard.
