The GE Div multi-auxiliary board DS3800HLIA1B1D is designed for quick installation in drives. The board has a modular connector at one end and a fixed rod at the other end. The GE Div multi-auxiliary board DS1HLIA3800B1D is also equipped with 1 red indicator LED and 15 amber leds, visible from the front of the board.

The indicator LED on the GE Div multi-auxiliary board DS3800HLIA1B1D helps to quickly understand the board's health. The LED is located between the fixed rods on the front of the motherboard. This makes them visible while the drive is running. When the motherboard is powered on and passes all startup diagnostic tests, an amber LED lights up. When processing activity occurs on the board, the red LED lights up. Each LED indicates activity in 1 circuit on the circuit board. Instructions for leds are found in the written materials that came with the motherboard. It describes the LED and the circuit associated with the LED. When you look at the red leds and they flash, it means that activity is normal and no further action is required.

If the indicator is not blinking, an error may occur. To find a solution, the first step is to disconnect all power from the drive. Then, lift the retaining rod to disconnect the motherboard from the modular connector at the rear of the motherboard rack. Wait a few seconds, then place the motherboard back into the motherboard rack, then press the retaining rod to lock it into place. Then, restore the power to the drive and resume processing. This can be done by restarting the board to resolve certain signal or processing errors.
