This product is a circuit board manufactured by General Electric. The DS3800HSHA1D1D is produced as part of the Speedtronic Mark IV series. The Mark series is responsible for the control of gas and steam turbines. Since the launch of the Mark I in the 1960s, Mark products have been relied upon for decades to ensure turbines work correctly and safely.

The DS3800HSHA1D1D board has a number of different circuit components. Across the length of the left side of the board are the jack connector ports. On the other side of the board is a smaller connector port. If needed, you can use these to connect other components to the board or connect the board to another board. Next to the large connector port is a medium-sized blue capacitor. Twenty-five (25) integrated circuits of different sizes are placed on the entire circuit board. These integrated circuits house many different components on each chip, such as capacitors, resistors, and diodes.

A series of jumper pins with red jumpers are located on the top and bottom edges of the board. Scattered around the board are small yellow capacitors and striped resistors of various colors. There are seven (7) test points on the right edge of the development board with labels such as COM, RST, COM, DSYNC, SYNC, and DATA. Immediately next to the test point are three (3) leds or light-emitting diodes. Two of the leds are red and the third is orange. There are also silver diodes around the board.
