The DS3800NFCF1F1D is GE's PCB for the Mark IV/Speedtronic series. The Mark IV was created for gas turbine/steam turbine management to help keep turbine systems within safe operating parameters. It can also automate certain processes, including shutdown and startup.
The DS3800NFCF1F1D consists of 42 circuits. This includes a crystal oscillator set to 11.000 MHz and an 8-bit static MOS RAM chip with 8K-bit static cells organized at 2 x 256. It has a minimum access time of 400ns and is allowed to be used in 8085AH cpus without the wait state. The board also features a synchronous 4-bit up/down counter with an internally supplied cascade circuit and separate presets for each trigger.
