The product is a component of the Speedtronic Mark IV V turbine control family. It's made by General Electric. The DS380ONFEXIBIA is a fault detector display board. The Mark lV series has been used for decades to provide safety and functionality for gas and steam turbines.

The DS38OONFEXIBIA has a long connector port that spans the left edge of the board. Nine (9) red leds, also known as light-emitting diodes, are located on the right edge of the board. Below the led are fifteen (15) test points. This enables the user to ensure that the board is working properly. The DS3800NFEXBIA is spread over thirty-eight (38) integrated circuits.
