The 531X111PSHSWG2 card is an electric field control and power board manufactured by General Electric. As a member of the GE 531X series replacement board, the card can be installed into the GE series drive array. Installing this card provides the power required for proper operation of the driver function. Since the board was developed as a G2 version, it functions best when installed in an external driver.

Installing this power supply board provides the driver with three acceptable voltage sources. The 531X111PSHSWG2 can produce rated voltages of 5 VDC, 15 VDC and 24 VDC. The driver's motor excitation circuit also receives power from an integrated pulse transformer on the board. Many control options and system calibrations can be performed via the card. Three onboard relays allow the user to perform system control options. These can be identified on the card as K1 (running), K2 (maximum), and K3 (failure). The card also contains three potentiometers and five jumpers. Circuit and current feedback adjustment is performed by the potentiometer, while current and feedback signal adjustment is performed by the jumper.
