GE terminal board relay card 531X111PSHALG1 provides 5 V DC, 15 V DC and 24 V DC currents for driver use. It also has a pulse transformer for the motor's magnetic field circuit. The GE terminal board relay card 531X111PSHALG1 also includes a 3TB component attached to the driver metal surface. The component is connected to the 531X111PSHALG1 by three wires, which you must disconnect from the defective component and reconnect when the replacement component is installed.

The ribbon cable is connected to the assembly, which must also be disconnected. Grab the ribbon cable from the connector, then use your other hand to stabilize the assembly. Pull out the ribbon cable and move it to the side away from the work area.

Use a screwdriver to remove the five screws attaching the assembly to the mounting surface and remove the screws from the support posts.
