GE terminal board relay card 531X111PSHAKG1 provides 5 V DC, 15 V DC, and 24 V DC currents for driver use. It also has a pulse transformer for the motor's magnetic field circuit. When you replace the GE terminal board relay card 531X111PSHAKG1, the process may include the replacement of an additional 3TB pot-seal MOV component. There are several considerations you must be aware of before starting the replacement.
The 3TB contains multiple ribbon cables that you must disconnect from the original 3TB. Because of the thin wires that make up the ribbon cable, it is easy to break. Pulling the ribbon cable out of the connector by holding it will cause damage to the cable and break the thin wire. The best practice for removing a ribbon cable is to hold the connector on the ribbon cable with one hand.
