Product description

The 531X111PSHAJG1 board was designed by General Electric as a 531X replacement driver board. When installed in the host drive, the card serves as a motor magnetic field control and power board. Cards like this can be installed in many GE branded drive cabinets. The power supply for the host is provided by the motherboard. The board was built for the G1 version, and the MOV for the AC line was installed on-board rather than externally.

Rated voltages of 5 VDC, 15 VDC, and 24 VDC are provided by the 531X111PSHAJG1 power supply board. It also has the energy needed to power the driver's motor field control circuit. The source is supplied to the driver by an integrated pulse transformer. Users can use many calibrations and adjustments to adapt to a variety of job loads. System control options can be performed by three relays on the board. Three potentiometers are also included for the necessary calibration of current and circuit feedback. Five jumpers complete the board and provide the user with the ability to adjust and repair onboard feedback and current signals.
