Product description

When General Electric developed the 531X111PSHAFG2 card, it was manufactured to operate as an electrical field control and power board. GE installed the card in the 531X series, labeling it as a replacement driver board. When the card is installed in the drive cabinet, it provides the voltage required to properly operate the drive function. As a G2 variant of the power card, this unit is specifically designed to operate inside an external driver.

The 531X111PSHAFG2 card is installed to provide source output rated at 5 VDC, 15 VDC, and 24 VDC to the host drive. The output is also provided by a pulse transformer on the board that powers the driver's motor field control circuit. Users can configure the board to operate within specific standards required by the load. There are five jumpers and three potentiometers on the card for feedback, current adjustment and calibration. The card also has seven integrated relays. These can be used to perform the drive's system control functions.

When shipped from our factory, the boards will be protected with anti-static plastic bags. Before removing the motherboard, check any installation parameters provided by the manufacturer.
