The 269-10C-HI is a Multilin motor management relay manufactured by GE. The 269-10C-HI is designed to monitor failures and problems with motors and their mechanical loads. The 269-10C-HI can also monitor voltage and power and perform tasks based on these values when an optional GE Dohling meter (MPM) is paired with a relay.

269-10C-HI has the following characteristics:

Built-in LCD interface, backlight. The 269-10C-HI features a 48-character display for viewing alarm and trip causes, programming set values, and viewing actual values.

The help key. When the user needs more information, the help key can provide it.

Four output relay contacts. The 269-10C-HI provides one trip output, one alarm relay, and two auxiliary output relays.

Self-examination diagnosis. The 269-10C-HI has a continuous self-test function, even when the relevant motor is not running. If a fault occurs inside the relay, the status indicator on the front panel will light up.

269-10C-HI should be installed where the keyboard is easily accessible and the display is visible. End users should note that although the internal circuit is shielded, it can be affected by strong magnetic fields and high current conductors. Stay away from these sources.

The 269-10C-HI can be used to monitor average and individual phase currents, unbalance ratio, RTD temperature, ground leakage current, and the actual value of the motor load as a percentage of full load. It can also be set to trigger an alarm before mechanical clogging, undervoltage or overvoltage, imbalance, or immediate overload/stall warning.
