Product description

The 369-HI-B-M-0-0 is a relay module for the General Electric Company's 369 series. These motor protection relays are used to protect three-phase motors and related equipment. While these devices have been moved to a traditional state by Oems, AX Control does its best to maintain an existing inventory of as many versions as possible in our warehouses to better meet the needs of our customers. In some cases, we may have both refurbished and unused surplus modules. Please contact our staff for more information.

The 369-HI-B-M-0-0 includes three RS485 rear ports and one RS232 front panel port. The Settings of the device can be entered using software and a connected computer, or using the 40-bit LCD display and front panel keyboard. The front panel also includes multiple LED indicators (all labeled for easy identification). The rear panel of the device includes a user accessible fuse.

369-HI-B-M-0-0 has a reverse voltage detection option. This input allows the relay to sense whether the motor is rotating after the main power is disconnected. The reverse voltage input must be provided by a separate VT mounted on the contactor or circuit breaker motor side (downstream). This option also allows 369 to check the bus active level to restore the bus voltage before automatically restarting.
