The 369-HI-0-M-F-E-0 is a motor management relay manufactured by GE Multilin. The control power is 50-300 VDC / 40-265 VAC. The relay provides protection and monitoring for three-phase motors and their associated systems.
Other features of the relay include Modbus/TCP Ethernet interface, Profibus-DP rear communication port, Profibus-DPV3 rear communication port, DeviceNet protocol interface, user definable baud rate (1-1200), flash memory for firmware updates, front RS19200 communication port, rear RS232 communication port, rear fiber port, user definable RTD type, 485 user definable analog outputs, and a Windows-based PC program for setting and monitoring relays.
There are many measurements on the motor management relay. These include phase current and current demand amplifiers, motor load x fLA, percentage of unbalance current, ground current amplifiers, input switching status (open or off), relay output status (on or off), RTD temperature, backspin frequency Hz, phase and line voltage, Frequency Hz, power factor lead/lag, Actual power and actual power demand Watt, reactive power and reactive power demand Va, apparent power and apparent power demand VA, actual power consumption Mwh, and reactive power consumption/generation ±Mvarh. The 369 MMR can "learn" individual motor parameters and adapt to individual applications. To improve the protection of the relay, the user can adjust the motor surge current, cooling rate and/or acceleration time.
