DS200SLCCG1ACC:可以使用除标准电阻以外的定制电阻,前提是:i电阻不低于标准电阻警告!切勿使用电阻低于特定驱动/制动斩波器/电阻组合指定值的制动电阻。驱动器和斩波器无法处理由低电阻引起的过电流。
i电阻不限制所需的制动能力,即,i电阻的散热能力(ER)足够应用(见上述步骤3)。制动期间电阻上的电机产生的最大功率,例如1.35·1.2·415VDC(电源电压为380至415VAC时),1.35·1.2·500 VDC。

DS200SLCCG1ACC: Custom resistors other than the standard resistors can be used, provided: i resistors are not lower than the standard resistors Warnings! Never use a brake resistor with a resistance lower than the value specified by a specific drive/brake chopper/resistor combination. Drivers and choppers cannot handle overcurrent caused by low resistance.
The i resistor does not limit the required braking capacity, i.e., the heat dissipation capacity (ER) of the i resistor is sufficient for the application (see step 3 above). The maximum power generated by the motor on the resistor during braking, e.g. 1.35·1.2·415VDC (when the supply voltage is 380 to 415VAC), 1.35·1.2·500 VDC.
DS200SLCCG1ACC: Calculate Maximum braking power (Pbr) i The braking energy delivered in any ten-minute cycle must be less than or equal to the energy delivered in the reference braking cycle. i. Braking power shall not exceed the rated maximum Pbrmax.
