The DS200SIOBH1ACA Mark V printed circuit board is used as an ARCNET connection PCB. The unit was originally designed as part of the LM series, part of the General Electric Mark V Speedtronic series. The series has been used for many years for the control and management of industrial turbine systems.
The DS200SIOBH1ACA allows externally placed modules or I/O cores to connect to the <R> control engine. The board is used to connect these units to the ARCNET communication protocol. This motherboard is used in combination with the UCPB motherboard containing the 486DX processor /CPU and the UCIA motherboard containing the 196-processor chip. The chip is used to convert pressure sensor signals.
The DS200SIOBH1ACAC includes multiple BNC connectors. These are used to download files to the control engine and typically occur at a rate of 100 Hz or 10 ms.
