在进行模拟量的连接时应注意:
(1)阻抗匹配。根据变频器的输入阻抗选择P L C 的输出模块,实现两者的阻抗匹配。
(2)电压范围。当变频器和P L C 的电压信号范围不同时(如变频器的输入信号为0~10V,而PLC 的输出电压信号范围为0~5V 时;或PLC 的一侧的输出信号电压范围为0~10V而变频器的输入电压信号范围为0~5V时),需采用串联电阻的方式进行分压,以保证两者在正常电压范围内工作,避免电压过限可能损坏器件。
(3)采用屏蔽电缆或绞合电缆。对于变频器和P L C 而言,弱电控制信号(电压0~5V/10V、电流0/4~20mA等)易受到外界强信号的干扰,对控制信号采取适当的屏蔽措施。常用的方式就是采用屏蔽电缆进行屏蔽;对于长距离的控制回路宜采用绞合电缆,绞合电缆的绞合间距尽可能小。
(4)主、控电缆分开布线。实际连线时,注意主、控电缆分开布线,且相隔的距离。以保证主电路侧的干扰及噪音影响不到控制电路。

(1) Impedance matching. According to the input impedance of the inverter, the output module of the PCC is selected to realize the impedance matching between the two.
(2) Voltage range. When the voltage signal range of the inverter and the PCB is different (such as the input signal of the inverter is 0 ~ 10V, and the output voltage signal range of the PLC is 0 ~ 5V); Or when the output signal voltage range of one side of the PLC is 0 ~ 10V and the input voltage signal range of the inverter is 0 ~ 5V), it is necessary to use a series resistor for voltage division to ensure that the two work within the normal voltage range to avoid voltage over-limit may damage the device.
(3) Using shielded cables or stranded cables. For the frequency converter and the PCB, the weak current control signal (voltage 0 ~ 5V/10V, current 0/4 ~ 20mA, etc.) is susceptible to interference from external strong signals, and appropriate shielding measures are taken for the control signal. The common way is to use shielded cables for shielding; For long distance control circuits, twisted cables should be used, and the twisted cable spacing should be as small as possible.
(4) The main and control cables are routed separately. During the actual connection, pay attention to the separate wiring of the main and control cables and the distance between them. To ensure that the main circuit side interference and noise does not affect the control circuit.
