概述


    众所周知,三相交流异步电动机以其低成本,高可靠性和易维护等优点而在各行业中得到了广泛的应用。但是,它在直接起动时,存在着很大的缺点:首先,它的起动电流高达额定电流的5~7倍,既对电网造成了很大的冲击,又影响了电器控制设备的使用寿命,甚至影响到其它电气设备的正常运行;其次,起动转矩可达正常转矩的2倍,这会对负载产生冲击,增加传动部件的磨擦和额外维护。为此,出现了三相异步电动机降压起动设备。


    传统的降压起动有以下几种方法:


    1)在电动机定子电路中串入电抗器,使一部分电压降在电抗器上;


    2)星形—三角形(Y—△)转换降压起动,即起动时电机接成星形,起动结束后,通过一个转换器变成三角形接法;


    3)补偿器起动(自耦变压器起动)。


    传统的起动设备体积庞大,成本高,结构复杂,与负载匹配的电机转矩很难控制,也就是说很难得到合适的起动电流和起动转矩;而且在切换瞬间会产生很高的电流尖峰,由此产生的机械振动会损害电机转子,轴连接器,中间齿轮以及负载设备。


    因此,就需要有一种能克服传统起动缺点的起动装置。银河公司开发生产的捷普牌新一代数字式智能电机控制模块,不但完全克服了传统起动的缺点,对各种起动方法做了进一步的改善和提高,而且还增加了很多其他功能,比如:节能运行,过流保护,过热保护,缺相保护等。


    这种模块采用数码管显示,按键控制,整个起动过程全部由单片机按照预先设定的程序自动完成,操作极其方便。


    用户通过按键调整参数设置,可以按实际情况选择不同的起动方式,能够很方便地控制起动电流,得到与负载相匹配的电机转矩。


2    模块结构及电气原理


    模块结构如图1所示。从图1可以看出,该模块的主电路与相控电路及单片机共同封装于同一壳体内,同时内置多个电流、电压传感器。用接插件将模块与控制盒连接在一起,实现各种功能的设置和显示。

As we all know, three-phase AC asynchronous motor has been widely used in various industries for its advantages of low cost, high reliability and easy maintenance. However, when it is directly started, there are big disadvantages: first of all, its starting current is as high as 5 to 7 times the rated current, which not only causes a great impact on the power grid, but also affects the service life of the electrical control equipment, and even affects the normal operation of other electrical equipment; Secondly, the starting torque can be up to 2 times the normal torque, which will have an impact on the load, increasing the friction of the transmission components and additional maintenance. For this reason, the three-phase asynchronous motor step-down starting equipment is developed.


Traditional step-down starting has the following methods:


1) In the motor stator circuit into the reactor, so that a part of the voltage drop on the reactor;


2) Star - triangle (Y - △) conversion step-down starting, that is, the motor is connected into a star shape when starting, and after the start, it is changed into a triangle connection through a converter;


3) Compensator start (autotransformer start).


The traditional starting equipment is large in volume, high in cost and complex in structure, and it is difficult to control the motor torque matching the load, that is, it is difficult to get the appropriate starting current and starting torque. Moreover, high current spikes are generated at the moment of switching, and the resulting mechanical vibration can damage motor rotors, shaft connectors, intermediate gears, and load equipment.


Therefore, it is necessary to have a starting device that can overcome the shortcomings of traditional starting. Galaxy company developed and produced Jabil brand new generation of digital intelligent motor control module, not only completely overcome the shortcomings of traditional starting, a variety of starting methods have been further improved and enhanced, but also added a lot of other functions, such as: energy saving operation, overcurrent protection, overheat protection, lack of phase protection.


This module uses digital tube display, key control, the whole starting process is completed automatically by the single chip microcomputer according to the pre-set program, the operation is extremely convenient.


The user adjusts the parameter Settings by pressing the button, and can select different starting modes according to the actual situation, which can easily control the starting current and obtain the motor torque that matches the load.


2 Module structure and electrical principle


The module structure is shown in Figure 1. As can be seen from Figure 1, the main circuit of the module, the phase-controlled circuit and the single-chip microcomputer are packaged in the same shell, and a number of current and voltage sensors are built in. The module and the control box are connected together with the connector to realize the setting and display of various functions.
