第四，具有主动防御、边界防护、集中监管功能的工控系统网络安全架构，实现控制系统的内生安全防护；第五，与原DCS的高度兼容性，便于升级改造换代，大限度降低用户

张力控制的背景 塑料挤出行业中，管材和薄膜挤出生产线中经常要用到张力控制，纺机行业中，织机和卷染机都要用到张力控制。从这些张力控制的共性看，张力控制的目标是张力值，控制的对象是变频器或伺服，所加工的材质都是软性料。

The project has passed the basic function and application function test conducted by the special Committee of Power generation Automation of the Chinese Society of Automation and the intelligent function test conducted by the Inner Mongolia Electric Power Research Institute on the project site. iDCS has five major technical achievements, and the localization of hardware and software platform is fully autonomous and controllable;
