The DS200EXPSG1A is also equipped with three 9-pin connectors, multiple capacitors and test points. The three fuses on the board are used to protect all components on the board from overvoltage conditions as well as other irregular voltage conditions.

If the voltage in the circuit is too high, the components in the fuse will melt. In this case, the circuit where the fuse is located will stop operating, power will stop coming into the circuit, and all components will be protected by the voltage condition.

However, if the fuse blows, the maintenance personnel must determine the cause of the overvoltage condition and the fuse must be replaced. If you are not familiar with the power supply used by the drive, consult an engineer or other knowledgeable person. For fuses ratings, refer to the written material that comes with the circuit board.

It is important that you only replace fuses with fuses of the same rating. Another rated fuse may expose the component to voltage, which may damage the board by exposing the component to too much voltage.
