我们就根据这些要求确定可控停车器控制系统的设计思路如下:结构简单、使用维护方便、降低一次性投资成本和运行维护成本;能够适应可控停车器的各种结构形式和动力形式;具有信号安全电路的功能,符合可控停车器故障导向安全要求;既可以纳入尾部联锁,也可以立成系统使用。
在满足这些要求的前提下,通过方案比选,我们选定了PLC可编程控制器作为核心器件的可控停车器控制系统。前面我们介绍过PLC可编程控制器本身是不具备故障导向安全功能的。
