FOXBORO  P0926GW是一款采用eSOP封装的单通道IGBT和MOSFET驱动器。Power Integrations创新的固体绝缘体FluxLink技术提供了增强的电流隔离。

8 A峰值输出驱动电流使该产品能够驱动高达600 A(典型值)的IGBTs和MOSFETs，而无需任何额外的有源元件。对于超过SID11xxKQ独立能力的栅极驱动要求，可以增加一个外部放大器(升压器)。用于栅极控制的稳定正负电压由一个单极性隔离电压源提供。

其它特性包括短路保护(DESAT)和高级软关断(ASSD)、原边和副边欠压锁定(UVLO)、轨到轨输出和温度及过程补偿输出阻抗，即使在恶劣条件下也能保证安全工作。

FOXBORO P0926GW控制器(PWM和故障)信号与5 V CMOS逻辑兼容，也可以使用外部电阻分压器调整至15 V电平。

The FOXBORO P0926GW is a single channel IGBT and MOSFET driver in an eSOP package. Power Integrations innovative solid insulator FluxLink technology provides enhanced current isolation.

8 A peak output drive current enables the product to drive IGBTs and MOSFETs up to 600 A(typical value) without any additional active components. For gate drive requirements that exceed SID11xxKQ's independent capability, an external amplifier (booster) can be added. The stable positive and negative voltage for grid control is provided by a unipolar isolation voltage source.

Other features include short circuit protection (DESAT) and Advanced soft Shutdown (ASSD), primary and secondary undervoltage locking (UVLO), rail-to-rail output and temperature and process compensation output impedance for safe operation even under harsh conditions.

The FOXBORO P0926GW controller (PWM and fault) signal is compatible with 5 V CMOS logic and can also be adjusted to 15 V levels using an external resistor divider.
